This photo was taken at the maiden aunt's house. A different Ratatouille. Thin slices of potato, zucchini, onion and tomato. Baked in the oven.
Simple and delicious. Olive oil of course and parsley.

DeleteLiving on a shrinking imagination and food from a two burner gas caravan stove i feel I would have died and gone to heaven if even one of those dishes appeared on my table now - just gigantes would do. (I'll try to grow the beans for it this year.)

DeleteYour food looks so very different to what we cook here! I mean really different. Not sure about some of it either! Octopus... grilled sardines... about the only thing I recognised was the 'fried potatoes'... we call them chips. lol
