Spring Colours

All the olive groves are covered in yellow wild flowers

And, yes, it was a poppy I saw the other day.  Here is a close-up

Anywhere there are pine trees there is a layer of pollen
It covers the cars, the balconies and makes my eyes smart

The dusty verges are also in full colour at this time of the year.

It is a pleasure to walk amongst all this wild beauty

    1. Don't come in spring, especially here. Our pine forests are dangerous what with pollen and nasty caterpillars

  4. Lovely to see your spring flowers, not the pollen though. Nights starting to draw in here.

    1. Finally our days are noticeably longer. Daylight saving at the end of the month.

  5. Lovely...

And lovely to walk among it. Except for the pollen-allergy-stuff. ;-)

  6. It all looks so pretty. But I’m sure I’d have to take antihistamines continuously while all that pollen is around

  7. Our Pines have yet to spew their pollen, but when they do it's the same; yellow dust everywhere.

    1. If it's not orange dust from the Sahara then it's yellow pollen. Good for the garden so they say

  8. I always rediscover how similar the vegetation and nature are here, of course the sea is very much lacking, I wish there was a sea here.
